Term and Conditions For repair

  • it is customers’ responsibility to make backups of all the data before sending any devices for repairs, Mobile king is not responsible for any data loss. However, we will do everything we can to preserving your information as we do understand how important this is.
  • All repair work, attempts, and parts are not refundable.
  • If customer provides supplies or spare parts for repair, warranty does not apply. Labour charge will apply even part supplied was not functioning.
  • Repairing and attempting repair on a device may cause the device not to power under certain circumstances.
  • Liquid or water damage repairs are carried out on a “Best Endeavours” only basis (NO WARRANTY). We ONLY attempt to RECOVER your DATA. The possibility of the original fault reappearing is high after the unit has been repaired and sometimes the faults can even get worse over a period of time.
  • All units and devices must be picked up in 28 days maximum from the first notification. We will make reasonable attempts to contact you by phone, message or email at least three times.
  • If no payment or reply was received within 28 days. The device and/or unit will be auctioned to cover the cost of repair. Or Mobile King reserves the right to dispose of the products.
  • Customer understand that any “ open phone for check /quote” or “phone repair” will make the waterproof function not available anymore
  • We only warranty all of our work for the primary solution that you were charged for. We do not warranty that device for any other issues that might have been present prior show up within the warranty period. (e.g., Mobile phone experience not charging, but we just fix glass screen only)
  • We can only address warranty or refund repair cost if the device is returned to us for inspection.
  • Mobile King come with 30 days warranty unless specified otherwise in writing. Mobile King will not apply store credit or refund to your account after 30 days from the date of repair. Mobile King’s warranty is limited to component failure. we only have warranty for the part we repair. Warranty does not cover physical damage or liquid damage or caused by other part of component (such as original battery bubbled then pushed up or damaged screen),

exchange and Return policy

  • Please choose carefully as refunds are not normally provided where you have simply changed your mind, made a wrong selection or simply found the goods cheaper elsewhere. We recommend you carefully preview any orders before adding them to your shopping cart and proceeding with your order.
  • You may also contact or attend the Mobile King Store where you collected your goods, and a Mobile King staff member will assist you with any return or repair. This may include inspecting the goods, arranging for the goods to be sent for repair, or providing you with a replacement.
  • Goods must be returned within a reasonable time (usually within 7 days). This timeframe may vary from product to product and may depend on the type of product you purchased and the price you paid.
  • Goods returned for repair will be assessed and/or repaired within a reasonable time. You may be provided with an indicative repair time, which time may vary due to reasons beyond ours or the repairer’s reasonable control, such as part availability and incorrect fault description.
  • You may be required to pay labour, assessment and/or freight fees, such as where goods are assessed to have been damaged by misuse or accident, or where your rights under the Australian Consumer Law or any manufacturer’s warranty do not apply. We may provide you with an indicative fee, which fee may vary due to reasons beyond our control.
  • If any goods that you return are capable of retaining user generated data, the replacement or repair of the goods may result in loss of the data. In these circumstances, we recommend you back up data to prevent data loss, and remove sensitive or confidential data, as a party assessing and/or repairing your goods may be required to view data in the course of carrying out the assessment. We will not be responsible for any data loss.
  • For your health interest, we do not do exchange or return for any reasons for the earphones ONLY. please test immediately after purchase it.
  • We have no warranty for the screen protectors once it is installed. We provide free installation and will do our best to install the screen protector for you. Therefore, it is the customer’s responsibility to check the condition of screen protector after installing it, make sure there is free of dusts and damages. However, if the purchased screen protector is defective, flawed or incorrect model, and is NOT INSTALLED, we will replace it for you free of charge.
  • All of our electronics come with ONE months limited warranty, provided no physical damaged
  • In some circumstances, goods presented for repair may be replaced by refurbished goods of the same type rather than being repaired. Refurbished parts may be used to repair the goods.
  • Please keep your proof of purchase-e.g. Your receipt
